BLOOD & CROWNBack to the court

BLOOD & CROWN / PLAYER’S GUIDE

Command the board.

The pieces have personalities. The decisions are yours. Here’s how to get started in the current game.

Your first move.

  1. Choose a computer opponent or a local two-player match in the game menu.
  2. Select one of your figures. The board highlights its legal destinations.
  3. Select a highlighted square to move. Captures play out before the next turn begins.
  4. Protect your king, build a position, and work toward checkmate.

Choose your presentation.

Reduced presentation uses a command and surrender, leaving defeated figures intact as they clear the board. It omits blood, wounds, dismemberment, and executions. Dramatic presentation includes animated combat and graphic fantasy violence.

Two ways to share the board.

Play against the computer for a solo match, or choose two players to take turns on the same device. The current game does not include online multiplayer.

A game still taking shape.

Mac review and mobile test builds are under development. Public downloads and store releases have not been announced. See planned platforms and download availability. Imagery on this website represents the development build and may change.
